Aleksandros Paspatis (Yunanca: Αλέξανδρος Πασπάτης; 1814, Sakız - 24 Aralık 1891, Atina), Yunan bir hekim ve Bizantologdu.
1831'de girdiği Amherst College'dan 1835'te, Bachelor of Arts ünvanıyla mezun oldu. 1834'te ise Padova Üniversitesinde tıp eğitimi aldı. Sonrasında İstanbul'a gelerek hekimlik yapan Paspatis, 1879'da emekli oldu ve sonrasında yaşamını sürdürdüğü Atina'da 24 Aralık 1891'de öldü.
