Philia (Grekçe: φιλία), sıklıkla "'kardeşçe sevgi" olarak çevrilen, dört antik Yunan sevgi sözlerinden (philia, storge, agape ve eros) biri. Aristoteles'in Nikomakhos'a Etikinde, philia genellikle "arkadaşlık" veya sevgi olarak çevrilir. Tam tersi ise phobia (fobi) olarak adlandırılır. Türkçede -fili, İngilizcede -phily veya -philia, Almanca ve Fransızcada -philie soneki tıp literatüründe "sevgi, düşkünlük" belirten isim türetmekte kullanılmaktadır. Örneğin; nekrofili, pedofili. Yine Türkçede -fil, İngilizcede -phile soneki şahıs belirten isim yapmaktadır. Örneğin: nekrofil, pedofil
