Noel Joseph Terence Montgomery Needham CH FRS FBA (/ˈniːdəm/); d. 9 Aralık 1900, ö. 24 Mart 1995), Britanyalı biyokimyacı, tarihçi ve sinolog. Özellikle bilimsel araştırmaları ve Çin'de bilim ve teknoloji tarihi hakkındaki yazıları için bilinir. 1941'de Royal Society üyesi, 1971'de de İngiliz Akademisi üyesi oldu. 1992'de Kraliçe II. Elizabeth, ona Order of the Companions of Honour unvanını verdi. Royal Society, Needham'ın bu her üç unvanı taşıyan tek insan olduğunu kaydetti.
