Sonic Team (Japonca: ソニックチーム Sonikku chīmu), Sega'nın video oyunu geliştirme bölümüdür. 1988 yılında Sega AM8 adıyla kurulmuş olup 1991 yılında Sonic the Hedgehog oyununun çıkmasıyla Sonic Team olarak adlandırıldı. Merkezi Tokyo'nun Shinagawa semtinde yer almaktadır.
